We carry out an extensive visual survey of the property and prepare a detailed survey report and will provide a thorough insight into the condition of the property with recommendations also included.

We strive to provide a quick turnaround for all surveys carried out and the majority of surveys are completed and issued to the client within 5 working days.

Who arranges access to the property ?

The engineer will organise access to the property with the auctioneer,once the survey quote is agreed.

Will the boundary be checked as part of the report ?

Yes, as part of the report the boundary of the property will be inspected and checked against the folio map provided by the vendor.
